No. You can book an introductory call without recent labs. If you enroll, your clinician will review any available records and recommend appropriate next steps.

No. Testing and treatment are individualized. Hormone tests alone do not determine a menopause care plan. Your clinician considers your symptoms, history, potential benefits and risks before making recommendations.
